At Monet Crystal, we want you to be completely enchanted by your jewelry; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Monet Crystal velvet box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship with Care

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
